Bridging Borders Through Digital Exchange
V-EXCHANGE is an Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project aiming to make international education more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable through digital collaboration and intercultural learning.
The project brings together universities and youth organisations from North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, and Bulgaria to strengthen digital skills, civic participation, and global citizenship among young people and educators.

Work Packages & Outputs
V-EXCHANGE is structured around five interconnected work packages, each producing concrete deliverables that advance the project's objectives.
Project Coordination & Management
Ensures efficient coordination, administrative management, financial oversight, monitoring of project progress, timelines, deliverables, quality assurance and compliance across all partners.
Training of Educators & Facilitators
Designs and delivers training programmes for educators, youth workers, and facilitators in Virtual Exchange methodology, digital pedagogy, and intercultural facilitation.
Virtual Exchange Implementation
Develops the Virtual Exchange curriculum, implements pilot and full-scale VE activities, integrates AI and gamification methodologies, and measures educational impact and learning outcomes.
Communication, Dissemination & Policy
Ensures project visibility, disseminates activities and results, promotes Virtual Exchange among higher education institutions, supports policy dialogue, and organises the Final Conference.
Sustainability & Long-Term Impact
Integrates Virtual Exchange into institutional curricula, secures long-term commitment, establishes a VE collaboration network, and develops sustainability and future funding strategies.
